OEM conversion
OEM conversion allows you to reduce costs without compromises
An OEM conversion (Original Equipment Manufacturer conversion) refers to the process of converting spare parts originally from the original manufacturer (OEM) to alternative but equivalent components. This involves using a spare part from another brand or a third-party manufacturer that is compatible with the OEM part.
OEM conversion offers the following added value to our customers:
- Cost savings: Converted parts are more cost-effective than original OEM parts, while offering the same quality and functionality.
- Availability: Parts from alternative and more cost-effective suppliers can often be procured more quickly and easily.
- Flexibility: The selection of suppliers and brands allows our customers to be more flexible when procuring lower-priced spare parts.
Overall, the OEM conversion enables the use of equivalent, yet cheaper and easier available parts, without compromising quality or performance.
Vending system
Rubix vending systems reduce costs and effort
With our vending systems, material consumption can be reduced by 25–40 %. Further advantages include a smaller number of suppliers, lower operating costs and better control of consumption per employee. The result is lower production costs while maintaining full control at all times, because our powerful software documents every product withdrawal and offers extensive evaluation options. This allows for transparent billing and helps to optimize the material supply.
Our vending systems, in combination with our comprehensive service, are therefore true cost savers and efficiency drivers. In addition, we offer our all-round service, which includes installation and initial stocking, as well as continuous refilling and monthly billing of the items withdrawn.
There are three vending machines to choose from. These can be filled with up to 2160 items, including larger items such as tools or safety shoes. All systems allow for quick access via RFID or touchscreen, with all stock movements being logged.
Employee training
Employee training saves costs
Training employees in economically difficult times is not only essential for the efficiency of a company, but also contributes significantly to cost savings. There are several ways in which your company can achieve these savings:
Overall, training employees in difficult economic times not only helps to make the company more resilient. Rather, training also enables considerable cost savings, as risks can be reduced and efficiency increased.
- Avoiding mistakes: Untrained employees sometimes make mistakes that can be expensive. Training helps to identify and avoid typical sources of error, resulting in a reduction in expensive downtime, production errors or security incidents.
- Minimizing operational interruptions: Trained employees know how to react quickly and efficiently. This ensures that operational processes are not interrupted as often and productivity is maintained.
- Reduction of damage and restoration costs: Preventive training can help to avoid or at least limit major damage, caused by inappropriate handling. This saves potentially high repair or reconstruction costs.
- Flexibility: Trained personnel can take on many tasks independently, which significantly reduces the costs for external service providers.
- Long-term cost efficiency: Investing in regular employee training pays off in the long term. Companies that practise proactive training management avoid unnecessary costs. They are also better prepared to minimise losses.
