The ordering process is simple and efficient. By ordering under standard conditions, your purchasing department is relieved, while you benefit from our extensive range. This enables you to reduce your stock to a minimum, which minimizes interest, space and personnel costs as well as capital commitment. Our high stock turnover also ensures that you receive the latest quality products.

The better we know your requirements, the better we can supply you. Our cooperation is measured by the smooth procurement process, which, in addition to low procurement costs, also allows you to operate without disruption.

You tell us your annual requirements and the necessary quantity per call-off for each item. If this information is not available, we will refer to our customer database and work out the estimated requirements together with you. On this basis, we prepare a quote, including fixed net prices. These are only adjusted if we receive an announced price increase from our suppliers.

Goods are delivered according to your wishes. Small deliveries up to 30 kg are sent by registered post, orders over 30 kg are delivered by cargo domicile. Goods ordered by 4.30 p.m. will reach you the next morning.

The ordered goods can of course also be collected from our head office at Kreuzstrasse 51, in Kriens, directly on the A2 highway.
